Terms & Conditions
It is understood upon acceptance of a quotation from PorscheMD (Alex Burgess T/A PorscheMD) to carry out any work outlined; the Customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
1. Payment is due immediately upon completion of any work agreed upon and subsequently carried out. All parts remain the property of PorscheMD until the invoice is settled in full. We do not offer credit, finance or any other kind of flexible payment options.
2. The Customer is personally liable for all amounts payable under this agreement, regardless of any insurance or other contractual arrangement they may have with a third party.
3. All special-order parts totalling more than £200 must be paid for in advance by the customer.
4. PorscheMD will not, without the Customer’s prior authorisation, carry out any work or supply any materials, which are not included or referred to in the work quotation.
5. In some instances, working to time constraints is not always possible and as such, the customer does hereby acknowledge that they may need alternative transport arrangements in place if required.
6. If for any reason the customer needs to change or cancel their booking, they agree to give PorscheMD at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
7. If the customer's vehicle is not at the address given for works to be undertaken, a period of 20 minutes will be allowed for the vehicle to be returned. Once 20 minutes has elapsed, the customer will be sent an invoice for a flat call out fee of £30+VAT when within 10 miles of postcode TW10, or the total call out fee listed on the quotation when outside this radius.
8. The Customer warrants that a suitable working space will be provided which is not on a public road.
